Location terms & conditions

The conditions that apply to rentals from our DXB location. The full rental agreement is provided at booking and signed at pickup.

Documents & drivers

  • UAE residents: valid Emirates ID and UAE driving licence held for the required period.
  • Visitors: passport with UAE entry stamp, home-country licence and International Driving Permit.
  • Minimum driver age 21; age 25 for Luxury category vehicles.
  • Only registered drivers named on the agreement may operate the vehicle.

Deposit & payment

  • Refundable security deposit authorized on a credit card at pickup; the amount is published on each vehicle.
  • Deposit hold is released after return inspection, subject to bank processing times.
  • All rates are in AED and include 5% VAT; a tax invoice is issued for every rental.

Kilometres, Salik & fines

  • Kilometre allowance is stated on each vehicle; excess kilometres billed at the published per-km rate.
  • Salik toll crossings billed at cost on your final invoice.
  • Traffic fines are the renter's responsibility and passed through with a fixed admin fee per fine.

Vehicle use & return

  • Vehicles must be returned to the DXB location by the agreed return time; late returns billed per the agreement.
  • Basic insurance included as stated per vehicle; damage excess applies per the rental agreement.
  • Off-road use, motorsport, and driving outside the UAE are not permitted.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles.
