Location terms & conditions

The conditions that apply to rentals from our DXB location. The full rental agreement is provided at booking and signed at pickup.

Documents & drivers

UAE residents: valid Emirates ID and UAE driving licence held for the required period.
Visitors: passport with UAE entry stamp, home-country licence and International Driving Permit.
Minimum driver age 21; age 25 for Luxury category vehicles.
Only registered drivers named on the agreement may operate the vehicle.

Deposit & payment

Refundable security deposit authorized on a credit card at pickup; the amount is published on each vehicle.
Deposit hold is released after return inspection, subject to bank processing times.
All rates are in AED and include 5% VAT; a tax invoice is issued for every rental.

Kilometres, Salik & fines

Kilometre allowance is stated on each vehicle; excess kilometres billed at the published per-km rate.
Salik toll crossings billed at cost on your final invoice.
Traffic fines are the renter's responsibility and passed through with a fixed admin fee per fine.

Vehicle use & return

Vehicles must be returned to the DXB location by the agreed return time; late returns billed per the agreement.
Basic insurance included as stated per vehicle; damage excess applies per the rental agreement.
Off-road use, motorsport, and driving outside the UAE are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles.
